The new Solar Energy Facility is located on the Veterans Administration property, on a historic landfill, in Temple, Texas. It is an 13 acre solar farm providing an alternative power source to augment the energy needs of the Veterans Administration facilities.

Primary Tasks:

• Topography survey
• Coordination with TCEQ
• Site erosion control design
• Site grading design
• Coordination with VA staff •
• TCEQ environmental coordination (for construction on a historic landfill)
• Storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) preparations
• Solar panel site placement
