Our firm was founded in 2008 Clark Associates is a full service Civil Engineering Consulting Firm. Our team is dedicated to building lasting client relationships through high quality engineering services and our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible solution to each and every project. We take great pride in our honest and open communication and our availability for quick responses. Monty L. Clark
P.E., C.P.E.S.C.Mr. Clark has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management from the Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Clark is both a Registered Professional Engineer Licensed in the State of Texas and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sedimentation Control. He is also a WaterCAD Master Modeler.
