Mystic River, a new subdivision in Belton along the Leon River, features a park-like entrance feature leading into Phase I. The design starts along the Highway 317 frontage and continues into the subdivision with berming and rock mounds to give the ambiance of entering a canyon. Various design elements are featured throughout the phases, as well as, a proposed hike and bike trail and park to be included in Phase II.
