The New Purser Family Park is located on Mountain Lion Road in Harker Heights. The project encompasses an 18 acre site and consisted of a new Restroom Facility, two pavilions, a child safe playground area, 1.5 miles of new hike and bike trails, 2 acres of large and small dog parks, an 18 hole Disc Golf course, parking and street access, and associated utilities and irrigation system. This project was constructed within and adjacent to the existing 100 year floodplain and multiple creek crossings were constructed to facilitate pedestrian access throughout the project site.

Primary Tasks:

• Identification of existing right-of-way, easements, & property lines
• Topography surveys
• Final Engineering Designs
• Provide architectural, landscape & structural designs
• Geotechnical services
• Development of Project estimates & budgets
• Bidding and construction administration
• Coordination with third party utility providers
• Project coordination
• Daily on-site inspection services
