The City of Temple sidewalk improvements along Avenue G was funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is designed to be completed in multiple phases as funds become available. This project included the rehabilitation of the 3,800 linear feet of existing broken and falling sidewalks, curbs, and driveways along Avenue G.

Primary Tasks:

• Conceptual plan
• Topography surveys
• Development of project estimates & budgets
• Provide construction plans & specifications
• Provide phasing plans
• Bidding and construction administration
• Assist with CDBG time lines & doucumentation
• Conduct CDBG contractor interviews
